Volunteer Visit Tracking Page

 1) We follow AKC tracking of visits not hours. One visit equals 10 minutes or 3 hours, you may have engaged with one person or 100 still one visit. A second visit would be going to a different facility or place and so forth.

2) Once you complete the required visits for a certain title with the AKC please request a letter from me, Chaplain Jill to provide to the AKC with the title application. No need to fill out the AKC visit logs, they accept C4C’s letter from us. Saves a lot of time and effort.

3) If you have more than one dog in C4C there is a dog field when entering a visit please specify which dog.

4) If you are in a public place such as Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, a Farmer's Market, a Church Event, or other venues representing C4C and interacting with the public, we do count these as visits. Many conversations, inquiries, and prayers have happened in these spaces.

5) No need to enter previous visits if you have been keeping records via paper/spreadsheet before 2024. Finish under the old system for 2023 and start with the new app in 2024.
